We hope you are blessed by your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled, in line with UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

2. Returning Your Item (Change of Mind)
If you cancel your order, you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwritten in, and unmarked
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Journals and planners must not show signs of use, wear, or damage
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been written in, used for journaling or planning, or damaged after delivery.
3. Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds (Change of Mind)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
(Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All of our journals and planners are sold in accordance with UK law and must be:
- of satisfactory quality
- fit for purpose
- as described
If your item is faulty or incorrect:
Within 30 days of delivery
You have the right to reject the item and receive a full refund.
After 30 days and within 6 months
We will offer a replacement or repair where appropriate. If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.
Faults may include (but are not limited to):
- damaged or defective binding
- missing or misprinted pages
- manufacturing defects
- incorrect item sent
Faults do not include:
- change of mind after use
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by writing in or misuse

6. Archive Collection Items
Some journals and planners are part of our Archive Collection, originally produced in collaboration with FWMade Ltd (now dissolved).
These items are:
- limited in quantity
- not restocked once sold out
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Personalised Items
Where applicable, personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty, in accordance with UK regulations.
