  1. What a brilliant start to a wonderful series. FEAR!!! False evidence spearing real😊 I love your analogy of the topic. Recently I was consumed with fear and had to constantly remind myself of Gods word to silence the voices. Well done 👏🏾

    1. Thank you so much for your comment Frida!
False Evidence Appearing Real for real, but God’s word is always our anchor. I’m glad this resonated with you, and I pray you continue to find strength and peace in His promises. Appreciate your encouragement!

    1. Thank you for sharing your thoughts! You’re absolutely right, fear can be crippling, but God’s grace and strength are always there to carry us through. So grateful for His power to help us overcome. I appreciate you taking the time to comment!

  3. This is so, so encouraging, and really brings home how fear by its nature derails our faith in God and a powerful reminder we have nothing to fear if we build on our faith in God by reading His word and spending time with Him. I’m very encouraged
    🙏🏾

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words Ogechi! I’m so glad this message encouraged you. Fear can be powerful, but God’s love and truth are always greater. Keep building your faith through His Word and time in His presence. He is always with you! God bless you!

  4. Another powerful post!! and just that simple advice to ‘make space’ in our life for prayer, is a reminder about how intentional we need to be, in pursuing all things God! 🙏🏾

    1. Absolutely sis!! It really is that simple, yet so easy to overlook. When we choose Him first, everything else flows from that place🤍

  5. Thank you for this! I have been derailed by fear so many times! And now to choose trust and faith!!!!

  6. I believe it is the opposite of love, not hate. God will let you know when to walk away from something or someone. Confessing that we are righteous in Him alone will activate Isaiah 54:17 – No weapon! It certainly is a timely study.

  7. This is so beautiful, being reminded of God’s love really makes me appreciate the God we serve 🙏🏾

    1. It’s the sweetest reminder! His love is constant, unwavering, and so personal. The more we reflect on it, the deeper our gratitude grows. We serve such an amazing God 🤍

  8. Wow, yet again another powerful post. It’s made me realise that we can’t underestimate how important it is to have the right mindset before God – and those scriptures say it all!

    1. Thank you for your comment sis! Our mindset truly shapes how we approach God and how we receive from Him. When it’s aligned with truth and humility, it opens the door for transformation. Those scriptures really hit deep, so much power in His Word! 🤍

  9. Another powerful post. Worry can consume me so much sometimes, so I really appreciate these powerful words 🙏🏾

    1. I hear you sis, worry can feel so overwhelming at times, but I’m so glad the words resonated. God’s peace truly does surpass all understanding, and He’s always ready to carry what feels too heavy for us. Keep holding on to Him, He’s faithful through it all! 🤍

  10. This really got me thinking as to where fear sometimes for others can come from but being reminded that God is the one I should fear, immediately put things in perspective. Thank you for this encouraging word!! 🙏🏾

    1. You said it well my love, that shift in perspective is everything! When we place our reverence where it belongs, we’re reminded of His power, His authority, and His perfect love that casts out all fear. So grateful it spoke to you! 🤍

  11. What a wonderful way to end this series , to be courageous . This is so encouraging and to think of all the things I can do for God if I keep this disposition is very encouraging and the story of Gideon and Joshua are great examples – thank you for sharing this perspective 🙏🏾

    1. Absolutely sis! It really shifts how we show up for God when we carry boldness rooted in Him. So encouraged that it stirred something in you, there’s so much He can do through a heart that’s willing and courageous! 🤍

  12. It’s funny because I wonder if my emotions and reactions is because of something deeper that God is trying to reveal. Thank you so much for yet another encouraging word 🙏🏾

    1. That’s such a powerful reflection and so true. God often uses our emotions to gently uncover deeper things He wants to heal or bring to light. It’s all part of His loving process of drawing us closer to Him. So grateful it spoke to you 🤍

  13. Thank you Nkechi for writing a timely blogpost about rest. Our generation can seem to glorify the ‘hustle culture,’ however, as Christians, we must learn how to surrender our schedule for God’s divine plan over our lives and be intentional about truly resting; not only in ourselves but in Him as well. God bless you xx

    1. Aww thank you so much sis! You’ve said it so beautifully. It’s so easy to get swept up in hustle culture rest, however really is a form of surrender, and it’s something God is constantly teaching me.
I’m glad the post resonated with you. May we all continue to find peace and restoration in Him. God bless you too xx

  14. This is a great blog Nkechi, I couldn’t help but think that if I take time to rest , I wouldn’t feel the strain and weight of being tired. This is something I will definitely be applying – thank you for this encouraging word! Xx

  15. Wow, the way you break down the bible like this is incredible! I can’t pick a favourite blog as they’re all amazingly encouraging but I must this is up there! This is speaking directly to my own situation in terms of purpose and overcoming obsticals, I’ve been yet to study Nehemiah so this has been a very timely read and I’m very encouraged with how he stood firm and sought God despite his enemies trying to steer him off track , thank you xx

  16. I absolutely love this post Nkechi; what you said towards the end: “Let your body become a living expression of your faith” is spot on. Sometimes, it can be easy to forget that our bodies is not just our physical well-being, but also what we eat, what we wear and how we present ourselves towards others. I pray that we will all learn what it means to truly honour God with our bodies, and represent Him well with everything we do, especially in our lifestyle and the way we live. God bless you girl x

    1. Thank you so much for these encouraging words.
You’ve said it perfectly! Honouring God with our bodies is about more than just health; it’s how we eat, dress, and carry ourselves every day. I pray we all keep growing in truly living in a way that reflects Him 🤍

  17. Thank you so much Nkechi for writing this blogpost; I can definitely resonate and as we are coming towards the ending of the year, it is giving me time to reflect and focus on areas where I need God to intervene and help me to continuously become whole. Wholeness is not destination; it is an on-going process. God bless you xx

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words Esther! I’m really glad the post resonated with you. I love how you put it, wholeness truly is a journey, not a destination, and reflection is such a powerful part of that process. Praying that God continues to guide and strengthen you as you grow and walk in His purpose. God bless you too 🤍

    1. Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words!
I’m truly grateful that the post resonated with you. May we all continue to grow in trust, even in the waiting, knowing that His timing is always purposeful and His promises never fail 🤍

  18. I love this reminder of all the blessings of being a child of God, and I will absolutely reflect on the question: Am I living from my identity as God’s child or striving for what He has already given me. This is such a good question to reflect on regularly. Thank you for sharing this beautiful post! Sharing. 🩷

    1. Thank you so much Robyn! I’m really glad this resonated with you. That question has been a gentle heart-check for me too, reminding me to rest in who God says I am, rather than striving for what He has already freely given. I’m grateful you’re taking time to reflect on it, and thank you for sharing the encouragement 🤍

  19. As always, Nkechi you are truly a blessed writer! – this topic of knowing who we are in Christ Jesus is very vital, not only as we have stepped into 2026, but the entirety of our lives. It is a rich blessing to know who we are in the Lord; not having to strive or get approval from others, but being the true and authentic individuals God’s called us to be. Thank you for re-emphasising this especially from Romans 8 – Apostle Paul was very passionate about reminding his followers of who they are in Christ, and it stands till today. God richly bless you and continue blessing us sisters in the Kingdom xXx

  20. I really enjoyed this article. It’s so easy to let these reminders slip away during everyday life so thanks for sharing them. I’ll be using that CTA prompt in my journaling session later on.

  21. This is such a foundation message, and it truly changes the way we function in the world! Thank you for this!

  22. This is a timely reminder to not only allow God to order our steps, but even in the small and simple instructions, to be ready to surrender our plans for His, and trust Him throughout the entire journey. Number 3 of walking in obedience to What God has already revealed is such a beautiful season to be in. God does not need to reveal the entire picture to us; we have to instead, trust Him for all He is doing and what He will do. Even in the silent seasons; He is working it all out for our good and for His Glory.

Thank you for this excellent written piece and God continue to fill you with ample wisdom to bless your generation xx

    1. Thank you so much for your beautiful encouragement Esther!
I completely agree, trusting God in the small steps and even the silent seasons is where real growth and faith happen. So grateful this resonated with you 🤍
